Is it possible to overclock the Ryzen 2600 to 4.1GHz or higher on an Arctic Freezer 33 Esports ONE?

On this CPU cooler on an MSI X470 Gaming Plus, would be it be possible to overclock the R5 2600 to 4.1GHz or higher at a voltage of around 3.8-4v? Thanks!

I've got my R5 1600x running at 4.0ghz @ 1.35 volts that is durable and handles a load test. I'm sure you can get the 2600 to 4.1 under a little more voltage....if your liquid cooled I can see it. I'm sure you mean 1.384 cpu voltage. Make sure you adjust your load / line factors appropriate in bios or AI suite
