is it possible to put the fan on the blow-in directly opposite the video card? in the case of the jonsbo t8 plus, it is designed in this way, 2 fans from below work to blow directly into the graphics card fan. will the direct airflow from the coolers interfere with the operation of the graphics card fan?

The fans aren't needed at all, so that's another option to you. Many of the available cases that offer bottom fan options have their 'feet' too short anyway.
The gpu's fans can make for better bottom case fans because they're positioned further away from the floor and thus will have an easier time drawing air as they're further away.

If you elevate the case on 2x4s or something, you can alleviate the shortcomings of short feet.
