Is it possible to run 4 gpu's on a 4-in-1 riser 5820K?

Hi. I would like to know if I can use an adapter to run 4 gpu's in one PCI-E slot. I just want to make sure that my cpu can handle it. It's a 5820K and I want to run a 6GB GTX 1060 and 2-4 RX 480's 8gb.

This depends hugely on the motherboard, server class boards can do this, 99% consumer ones cannot.
