Is it possible to run Oculus Quest on an old PC that's not support USB-type c

My current PC is
CPU: Intel I7-3770
MB: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
GPU: Rx 5700 XT Gigabyte
Ram: Kingston 4*4
PSU: ThermalTake 650w 80+

is it possible to that?

I really want to wait for ryzen 4th gen to come out.

As long as you have a USB 3 port on your computer a USB C to USB A adapter/cable should work without issue.

Another option would be to buy a PCIe USB Expansion card that has either a USB type C connector, however this will be the more expensive route.

Yeah same as with GPUs, Soundcards etc. I would start first buy just buying a cheap USB C to USB A cable or adapter. Should be 5 or 10 bucks. A PCIe USB expansion card will probably be 20-50 depending on what features it has.
I see. One more question. Will this drop some performance in Oculus Quest? If I don't have USB C that came with the Mother Board?
