Is it possible to set this cheap mouse to a static colour?

i bought a cheap ares gaming mouse of ebay for about 7 pounds, and as it is it is just cycling through colours, as you can imagine with such a cheap mouse theres no software to come with it, i was just wondering if theres any way to make it a single colour, any static colour is fine
