Is it possible to upgrade the CPU on a MacBook Pro?

I`ve been looking for a while and haven't found a definitive answer, although most of the info points to a no. I have a 13-inch, Early 2011 MacBook Pro with a 2nd gen i5 which I have abused and wish to change.

generally with laptops thats a big NO. With CrApple thats even more so. if something fails they want you to buy an entire new machine lol. I think the CPU is soldered onto the motherboard. Its not a socket to easily pop CPUs in and out as they take up (valuable) space. If it could be upgraded it would have to be done by an expert who can solder properly and even then i bet its near impossible.
