Is it possible to use a Dell PSU with a standard PC?

Ideally I'd like to build a fanless PC, however the next best option would be to reduce the fan noise as much as possible. I was wondering whether I could re-wire one of the Dell DA-2 power supplies to work with a standard PC?

The Dell PSU is capable of pumping out 220w which should be plenty for my system. Are there any other potential problems that I have overlooked?

If you will use a conventional motherboard, you will want at least a 24 pin motherboard connector.
