[SOLVED] Is it possible to use a liquid cooled CPU fan without the liquid?

So I recently bought a AMD Ryzen 7 B450M CPU and motherboard bundle. However, the fan that came pre-installed is liquid cooled. I don't have a pump for this, so is it possible for me to use the pre-installed fan, or will I have to swap it to the electrically cooled one? (The electrically cooled one came in the box CPU box, which was sent too.)

Use the one in the cpu box ryzen coolers are actually pretty solid

That's not a liquid cooler. That's the stock cooler. Should work fine
