Is it possible to use ASUS G20AJ parts in another computer?

My G20AJ got messed up by Windows 10, and I was looking to buy a new computer. The G20 I got was the one with the 750, so I have no problems upgrading

Most of the parts in the G20AJ will go into another build if wanted.
