This is a Crazy Question,
is it possible to use Monitor's Motherboard/ Components in TV instead of TV's Motherboard
Coz I have a Monitor with a Good Motherboard but has a Fault Panel
and I have a TV with a Good Panel but has a Fault Motherboard
TV is LED and Monitor is LCD

very unlikely.
most displays have a very different setup along the lines of response time, refresh rate, color attributes, and every other aspect.
this would likely mean that the way data is distributed around the control board is totally different between two different systems.

you should contact the manufacturer of the display you wish to resurrect and try to buy a replacement board directly.
