Is it possible to use two head phones in laptop.

I means exactly was. that in laptop I have two holes. for audio jack and mic.
I also wanted to use mic jack as audio. and wanted to use two headphones.
if it is possible kindly let me know

Not the way you posted, but you can use one of these:

Audio splitter, find one for 2-3 bucks at your local electronics store.

Maarsch's suggestion is the way to go for inexpensive splitting to get two headphones working. Using the mic jack won't work for headphones, it's an audio input not an output jack.
