Just thinking of boosting my Gigabyte GTX 1050ti Windforce OC 4G rev1.1 GPU.
Will it be safe and stable?

Probably. But your specific airflow, motherboard and power supply make it impossible to predict with certainty.

I hope no issue of airflow (6 case fans) and PSU in my case, 650 Watt Corsair PSU. And Motherboard is B75M-D3H
