- can those sites can scam you and not give you the product -- no

- can those sites/sellers "scam" you and give you a misleading product or ones with issues -- possible.

if you manage to purchase ones with good reviews, you can minimize (not avoid) such chances.

btw, are you buying used or brand new? used ones are almost always a hassle and are in different conditions so its hard to recommend such.

Are you buying directly from Amazon or Flipkart, or a 3rd party authorized seller? That can make a significant difference.

It has 2 options on that item: With Exchange and WITHOUT Exchange (which seems to be disabled).

I wouldn't buy from them unless there is an option to exchange it in case of trouble. And the fact they disabled the Exchange option, I wouldn't buy anything from them.

Stick with Amazon (but make sure it says you can return it!!)
