Is it safe to buy an iPad Mini 2 off amazon.co.uk?

I want to buy an iPad Mini and i saw that the one on Amazon is £219.99 from 'Apple' but is that the actual company? If it is why is the product £30 cheaper than in the apple store?

If the product ends up being defective then will I still be under the warranty of Apple Care? (This is if I brought it brand new as well)

it is safe to buy and the seller is apple. the product will come with warranty and amazon will accept a return if the product is defective. also look at the product reviews, they are mostly good so the product is not fake
