Is it safe to Connect 1070 to Sata -> 6pin connector then 6pin -> 8pin connector?

i have a FSP 850w Gold having 1 1060 and 2 1070 in the system. is it ok?

Generally no, that is not safe.
Dual 6 pin to 8 pin can be argued for if the adapter is of high enough quality alongside the PSU, however I would not recommend any other kind of adapters.

If you dont have the necessary connections, its probably a good sign you should be trying to do that.

It is not safe. The 1070 can draw too much current for the sata bus.
