My system is

intel i7 @ 3.7 GHz 4820k
16 GB ram
Nvidia GTX 760 2GB
3 case fans
liquid cooled
1 TB hard drive
GA-X79-UP4 motherboard
BD-ROM/DVD Rewriter
SolyTech SL-8600EPS ATX 600 watt power supply

I was wondering if my power supply could handle over clocking my CPU to around 4.3 GHz

You definitely need a new PSU. You should be able to OC to 4.3 GHz no problem on the cooling end, depending on which liquid cooler you have.

I would recommend this.

However if you decide you do not want that PSU, you should choose one from XFX, Evga. or SeaSonic. In my opinion these are the most reliable PSU's

With his build his wattage should be around 560W with stock GHz. If he OC'ed he would exceed his PSU's limit. Depending on which 760 he chose. The higher PSU also gives upgrade room for the GPU.

I'm going to have to agree with Monkey on this one. The i7 he has is 130 watt TDP. The 760 is a 170 watt TDP. Those two components are going to use the most power and they alone hit 300 watts. Add in the motherboard and other extra stuff and you're looking a sub 400 watts load. Where are you getting 560 watts?

Utter rubbish, 125W for the CPU stock, 30W for mobo, 760 is 150W, that comes to 305W at full load, plus 30W for the other components, 335W total. Overclocking the CPU lets say we double it, 460W in total. So if it is a good PSU then it's fine.

I don't even know.... I just screwed a simple addition problem. I cri.

Give best to monkey.
