hello. I have just bought a new case and am in the works of rebuilding my PC. but have a question regarding cable management . I am trying to limit seeing any wires and in order to achieve this I have to run the front panel wires behind the motherboard (between where the standoffs and board sit, I was wondering if this is safe to do? the wires are thin enough to fit without being pinched. Im just not 100% sure that it is safe to do , and honestly Ive never cared about the wires before, but my new build Id like to do as clean as possible, limiting all visible wires.

What case did you get?

DeepCool Matrexx 50 is the case I just bought, it does have a ton of room between side panel and back of motherboard , but the opening is above and the motherboard does cover some, I will try to upload a pic of what Ive got done so far for wiring ..
With that case there is some space to run cables between the back plate and the side panel, which is the typically what people do for able management. I personally have never run wires under the motherboard, there most likely wouldn't be any issues, but I cannot be sure of that. The last thing you would want to have happen is the wire coating is somehow damaged during this process and exposes the wire and it shorts across to your motherboard.
