In Command Prompt, I ran wmic computersystem get model, name, manufacturer, systemtype

It read 'ASUS All Series DESKTOP-KVRBELS x64-based PC'.
Is it true that all ASUS motherboards are considered 'All Series' by Windows?

Solution
Basically every motherboard made by Asus except for the ones in their named series (Crosshair, Crossblade, Sabertooth, etc.) which have had their wiring modified in order to theoretically increase performance. Certain boards that have PRO as part of their name will show up as being in the PRO series.

The signature series were specifically designed by Asus from the ground up, in order to best take advantage of any components you may connect to them. It's even above the Pro series. The basic difference is that the Pro series has had its wiring designed to compliment the chipsets on the board, while the Signature series is specifically designed to take maximum advantage of the chips on the board as well as any devices that can be connected. Some of the Signature boards even have a wider system bus than the way AMD/Intel designed it to be.
