Question Is it worth and safe to update to BIOS ver 5 on Gigabyte Z390 motherboards?

Hi, I have a Z390 Xtreme. Is it worth and safe to update to BIOS ver 5? From the manual, it looks like there are several ways to update the BIOS. Which is the safest?

Umm, maybe go to gigabytes website and update your bios there.

If you are starting a build I recommend upgrading to the latest BIOS. If you have a stable build that has been running fine, I don't recommend updating to the latest BIOS just because it has been released. If you don't have any problems and you have no definite reason to need the new BIOS, don't update.

There is the new bios version 8 available for your motherboard & the safest way to update your bios is through uefi .
