Is it worth it gtx 570

I am thinking about buying a used

EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD Superclocked 1280 MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 2DVI/HDMI/Display Port SLI Ready Graphics Card, 012-P3-1573-KR

it is a year old and has been used in sli and never overcloked more than factory. It is being sold to me pretty cheap at 190.00.

Is it worth buying? Otherwise I was looking at 560ti or 6870, which is really more in my budget range, but it was hard to pass up an opportunity for a 570?
