So my current GPU is Zoatc GTX 770 AMP Edition 2GB

i play modded Skyrim with HD Textures, Since mine VRAM just 2gb, it cant handle it well with other Mod (especially ENB) and i alwaays get annoying stuttering

si i am looking for this Asus GTX 680 Dircet CUII 4GB

is it worth it or not?

The 680 is just a little slower clocked than the 770. The only benefit you will get is it will stop that stuttering when all the goodies are cranked up. Is the 680 used? You may want to consider the AMD 290 or Nvidia 970.

I'd go with the guys above. 😀 To be fair I'd go with the 970. There'd be no real benefit from going back to the 680 and despite the whole vram issue with it the 970 is still a cracking card.

@Undying89:
Skyrim Mod count has nothing to do with the the VRAM consumption.
What kind of MOD you installed and your SKyrim settings, that is the issue.
The 4k resolution pack MOD combined with certain ENB plus all to Ultra settings on 4k and maxed AA, etc. So basically with only 2 MODs should have been enough to crank up more than 3.5GB VRAM.
You can have tons of item mods, skill mods, etc. without even putting any burden to the VRAM.
