Is it worth it?

Hey guys,
so recently one of my laptops failed me, I don't really need it but is it worth it to fix it for a 100$
the specs are as follows:
i5-450m
radeon hd5450m
4gb ddr3 1033mhz ram.
So the shop offered me 100$ including a 6-month warranty

for those who want to know the model it is a HP pavilion dv3-4070ee
