Question Is it worth the upgrading from HD 3650 To HD 4870 1GB?

I'll upgrade my old Xeon PC's GPU. It'll be little upgrade for DX9-DX10 gaming. Is it worth the upgrading from HD 3650 to HD 4870 1GB? Thanks.

Yes and no. Yes, because it will have tons more processing power than the HD 3650. And no, because there are probably much better cards for around the same price or a little more, and definitely for the same power consumption. But maybe you are getting it dirt cheap??

You can find cheap GTX 750ti or GTX 950 both of which are massively better choices.

It's extremely cheap and cleaned. I'm also thinking about the buying HD 7870 XT but i'm not sure it wouldn't bottleneck my CPU. If it's okay i can get HD 7870 XT.

I'm living in Turkey. I'll pay it around 50$. PC components are expensive in my country. It XT verision of the HD 7870 it has 1536 cores and Tahiti GPU.
