Is it worth to upgrade my Asus 750ti to 1050ti

My specs are:

CPU:QX9650
600W:Huntkey
Mobo:GA-EP43T-UD3L
Ram:Kingston 16GB DDR3 4x4 1333mhz (i can go up to 1600)
and thats it i know i can get better than 1050ti but is it worth in comparison with asus 750ti oc dual fans.

Yes, it would be a useful upgrade. Your cpu is a bit more powerful single core wise than a FX 6300 and a FX 6300 wont't bottleneck a 1050 ti. So yes, it is useful.
