HellStrife :
Thanks for your answer, my mainboard is very old, so if i buy 960 can i use 100% with my mainboard
If i m not mistaken your motherboard has pci-e slot so it will be a certain improvement from gtx 660 but slight bottleneck might be an issue.
The simple rule to check what part of your pc you need to upgrade first follow this simple rule: launch the programme you re experiencing issues with (e.g. games, photshop etc) then check which of the following components is more loaded -cpu -gpu -ram. In your case i think RAM is quite alright. If i m not mistaken your cpu and gpu should work at the same load so since it's easier to just replace your gpu go for it but keep in mind the posibility of a slight bottleneck. GTX960 is a very good choice just don't go higher than that.
The main question you should answer is if your tower is big enough to suport a gtx 960
the card is 241 mm (9.5 inches) long so first thing to do is make sure your new graphics' card can fit your case
