[SOLVED] Is it worth upgrading from the ryzen 5 2600 to the 2700x?

Im getting a rtx 2060 and im wondering if its worth it to upgrade to the 2700x because its relatively cheap right now. Right now I have the ryzen 5 2600

Depends on for what. For gaming? No a Ryzen 3600 would be a better investment. If you use software that can use the higher core count of the 2700 such as photo/video/graphics then yes it would probably be a good upgrade.

imo you shouldnt because if you check on userbenchmark.com the 2700x is only 1% better than the 2600
