Is it worth upgrading to Z68 from P67?

I have a MSI P67A-GD65 motherboard with an i5 2500k and 8 GB RAM. I just got my motherboard RMA'ed and its in new condition(sealed). Should I go with the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO? Is it worth it?

If you intend to use LucidLogix Virtu or Intel Smart Response Technology then yes.

If you want to use the Sandy Bridge's iGPU to perform video transcoding using QuickSync then yes.

If you want to use the Sandy Bridge's iGPU as a fallback in case your discrete graphics card fails then yes.

If you're not going to be using any of these features then no.
