Hello I am wondering if I should upgrade from i5 3570 to Ryzen 3 1200
I have a gtx 970 founders
I have a friend that will buy my i5 3570 but I am wondering if I should keep it or sell it and get the Ryzen 1200

It doesn't really seem worth it to me. I'd get at least a Ryzen 5 1600 or 2600.

Stick with the I5 unless you can go Ryzen5 The R5 2600 has been going cheap after the Ryzen 3000 release.

Upgrading will require a new CPU+mobo+RAM. A Ryzen 1200 isn't enough of an upgrade to make it worthwhile
