Question Is more RAM better?

Hi, I am trying to decide how much RAM to put in my new Threadripper workstation for UE5. However, I am struggling to decide between 128GB DDR5 ECC and 256GB DDR5 ECC. Which one should I choose. Here are some specifications of the workstation:
CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7995WX
RAM: Kingston DDR5 ECC RAM 128GB/256GB (dependent)
Mobo: ASUS Pro WRX90 motherboard
GPU 1:Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090
GPU 2: Nvidia RTX A5000 (accelerator)
GPU 3: Nvidia RTX A5000 (accelerator)
GPU 4: Nvidia RTX A5000 (accelerator)
NVMe SSD 1: Crucial P5 Plus 2TB
NVMe SSD 2: Crucial P3 Plus 4TB
SATA HDD: Seagate Ironwolf Pro 20TB

People always want to add RAM to their computer of workstation. But the truth is, more RAM does not mean more performance. In fact, too much RAM can result in poorer performance and effeciency lost. I wouldn't recommend having more than 128GB of DDR5 RAM unless your using a workstation or...
