[SOLVED] is mother boards necessary for the GPUs

I have pre build pc optiplex 7060
I7 8700
and I want to get a new rx 5700 xt for this pc
and I have 260 power supply
so I know that I should get a new power supply over 500w
and it doesnot fit in my case so I decided to get new case and power supply
but my question is should I change my mother board to a new one
and if I should what mother board should I get and not expensive
