[SOLVED] Is MSI B450M-PRO-VDH PLUS good for long term RAM overclocking?

Hi, I have 8x2 ADATA XPG 3200 MHz CL16 RAM and I have overclocked it to 3200 (as the motherboard supports 2667 Mhz without OC). Is this okay for a long term usage or should I put it back to the default value of 2667? (1.36V is set in auto mode with A-XMP OC)

Setup:
MSI B450M PRO-VDH PLUS
RYZEN 5 3600 (OC 3.8 GHz AT 1.15V)
XFX RADEON R9 270X
ADATA XPG GAMMIX D30 3200 MHz 16 GB (8x2)

If it works once it will work like that forever. There's no substantial load on the system overall.
