Question Is MSI Trident X Plus computer reliable?

I am looking to upgrade my computer totally. I have been looking around and am interested by the MSI trident x plus computers, but I am concerned about the small size of it.
I am not looking to build a pc, I am unwilling to risk a large amount of money for something I do not know how to do, or could easily mess up and not know how to fix.

If this is a bad option, i am unsure how to find a high powered system pre built.

I have just read that systems have come in bent and the small size of them is a flaw. I don't want over heating problems. But I really want the i9 cpu and the 2080ti gpu option

I would have to know how to properly install everything into the new tower and I know I would mess it up

MSI sells a bigger form factor pc with similar components if you are worried about thermals. I would doubt the thermals in the trident are that bad, but still if you want a bigger pc its possible.
