Is MSI Z170-A PRO LGA 1151 Intel Z170 a good motherboard to go with Intel Core I7 6700K ?

Hello, I found a good deal on motherboard on Newegg and was wondering if this is good combination.
Motherboard($75): MSI Z170-A PRO LGA 1151 Intel Z170
PSU($60) EVGA 750 GQ 210-GQ-0750-V1 80+ GOLD 750W
I will also add GTX 1070 later on and intel core I7 6700K. Do you think guys this motherboard and PSU are good combination. There's a good sale going on NEWEGG right now.

THe PSU is good. The MB however is not one for overclocking i7.

I would only trust that board for i5k or with old BIOS for BLCK ocing non-i7 or to use higher bandwidth memory.
