The bottleneck won't be that bad. That card is a solid...
Hi so the minimum recommended PSU for the 260x is 450watt. However I would say normally you could get away with 400watts but only on a really high end unit. FSP does make some high end units, however the one you have is not tier rated so its hard to say. I would say try it out, if it works fine you are set, if you have stability issues in your games then you will need to replace it with a better unit.

hi, thanks for your reply but one thing i wanna point out is that i only have an amd a4 6300 cpu and 4 gigs of ram, i know it will bottleneck like sh*t but i will upgrade the cpu when i have the money. so do you really recommend me to try it out? once again, thanks!

The bottleneck won't be that bad. That card is a solid 720p card, your system should handle it fine.

I would definitely try it out and see how it works. If you get crashes then you know the PSU is not providing enough power. If you are overclocking or plan to in the future you definitely want a new, bigger PSU.

FSP don't care to mention what the supplied wattage and ampere is on the various voltage rails, which is concerning.

However, a Google image search indicates that it has 384W on the two +12V rails, which is where the major components draw power from. The R7 260X is rated at 115W, meaning that's the most amount of wattage it will draw.

Assuming that you don't have a power-hungry CPU like an FX-8350, a 260X should work just fine.
