Question Is my 4070 ti super fine with VRel?

Hello everyone

I have got an ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB OC and it is running nice.

Do I have to be worried about the message in GPU-Z it keep saying VRel when playing Counter strike 2 and Escape From Tarkov?

I can see that it hits "high" clock speed at GPU Clock and i dont feel like its underperforming when gaming.

But maybe I can push the card further if i not got hit by VRel or is that nothing to do with VRel?

For info my power supply is like 5 years old so could that be the VRel problem?

I hope you can help me and maybe its just the way the card is working?
I just have to make sure that i use the card to its fully potential
