Question Is my 650 Euro build fine?

I have a budget of 650 Euros. I can only buy from Amazon Espana (I am in Spain). In this budget of 650 Euros I need a monitor, the tower, wireless network adapter, keyboard and mouse. This build will be used for some video editing, programming and doing some work on neural networks, and occasionally playing Rainbow Six Siege, GTA V and Fortnite, along with watching movies and web browsing. I need an SSD and/or HDD, 8+ Gigs of RAM and good graphics. The build's power supply should be highly certified and the build itself should be cool and the build should last for at least 3 years, please let me know if case fans are enough. Also will my APU work out of box?
