Question Is my 980 Ti dead ?

Hi,
I have an MSI GTX 980ti golden edition and it just died 2 days ago. My monitors went black all of a sudden and my speakers were buzzing. After that, I could not get the monitors to display anything and they just keep saying no signal. I know its a problem with the 980ti because my computer works with a different GPU installed. I also tried putting my 980ti in another computer and it doesn't work.
I disassembled it and couldn't see anything burnt or damaged. Is there any way to test it maybe with a multimeter or something to see what is the problem?

Probably nothing worthwhile. Good thing it failed without taking out the rest of the system.

Some places might still claim to offer services for repairing dead graphic cards, but I have no experience with those myself.
