Question Is my AIO dying or is it just bubbles?

Hello,

So, this weird sound started and my PC, quite honestly, has been making weird sounds since I first got it. First, I had a weird rattle-like sound where I tracked it down to a bearing issue with a fan and got that resolved, but now when I turn my PC on I get this weird, gurling noise here: https://streamable.com/vg0gm4

So, my question: is my AIO dying or is it just bubbles. Any way to fix it besides getting a new AIO? I've tried the tilt method to try to get the bubbles out and have also heard to flip the AIO upside down but looking for some further insight before I start taking my PC apart.

It would be ideal for hoses to be at bottom of radiator. Liquid coolers are never filled all the way so if on top there is some air and you can hear bubbling from fluid going from one hose and being sucked in other one all in that air bubble.
