Im concerned about these three items being compatible. the psu says 4th gen intel compatible... will it work on my 8th gen i3 8100. also the case... it claims it can fit a 350mm gpu, i currently have a GTX 1050 and planning to also get a GTX 1070 ti along side it (would those fit).

Solution
yes, they are compatible. there was a new power requirement introduced in 4th gen intel, and the psu was made around that time as more of a marketing term.

gpu should fit. judging from the picture. there is nothing behind the gpu slot, you can fit pretty much any card you like.

PSU:
It will work in the 8th gen. In the 4th gen. a new state of low activity was introduced (the C7) that supposed a new demand in the PSU. See the link below for more information.

Mobo:
Warning: This mobo does NOT support two Nvidia graphics. It only supports "Support for AMD Quad-GPU CrossFire ™ and 2-Way AMD CrossFire ™ technologies". You can't put GTX 1050 and GTX 1070 together.

could you clarify what are you playing to do with the 1070ti?

if you just use the 1070ti as a replacement for 1050, that's fine.

if you are plan to use both card at the same time, like ginerrankin mentioned above.
you can't sli them.you could use 1050ti as a physX card. but not much game supports it. also it require you to upgrade the power supply power them at the same time. very little if any performance gain by doing so.

does your 1050ti has a 6pin pcie connector?
if your 1050ti has the 6pin , i would suggest you to get a better power supply.

like this one, 7yr warranty .

if not, in addition of the new power supply, i would suggest to get a riser cable with additional power because having 1 graphic card solely off motherboard plus a 1070ti may cause the pcie to draw too much current and damage the boards.

THX for your help :)
(no, the 1050 gets it power from the pcie slot) ill prob get the riser for the 1070ti... would the riser mess with gaming?

i would put the 1070ti on the mobo and 1050 on the riser.

1070ti will be used for gaming//mining, and has the full access to the pcie slot, the riser looks like usb based, mining performance do not get affected by bandwidth as most of the work is done on the gpu.
