Also, please go into detail in whats good and whats not and why, I am really good at upgrading and installing new components, so you could also please let me know what I should upgrade. Thanks Oh btw, I already have this build made, if that helps.

The GT640 is not a good GPU for gaming. It's very low end even on that spectrum. If you want a good low budget GPU the Radeon HD 7750 and 7770 are far better for around the same price.

Get a boot SSD

What branded power supply. Never cheap out on this part . Brands like evga , seasonic or corsair are reliable . I recommend an ssd for boot drive to make Windows boot faster . 120gb should be enough . No lower than 64gb . I recommend getting a gtx 750 windforce 4gb for gaming .
