Cheaper HDD and RAM

Budget-perfomance wise your build is excellent. With 750ti you can except playing modern games at 1080p on low or 720p high, maybe some gpu hungry games need 720p medium-low.But in general for 1-2 years you will play games at decent resolution-settings.

Is the HDD riben or a normal cable?

Normal SATA 2.

I currently have a ribben cable, do I need to buy any connectors?

Should come with the power supply.

One more thing sorry, the cheaper ram shouldn't affect performance right?
