Is my build suited for OCing ? (first time building a computer for myself)

I wish delve into the arcane art of overclocking. Do these specs allow me to overclock both the CPU and the GPU without running into heat or power related issues?

You can overclock both of those without any heat issues as long as your case has decent airflow, or you have the side panel off, that shouldn't be necessary though, I have no fans in my case and run my 4690k at 4.4Ghz and it never goes above 60c.
