Is my card broken?

How old is the card?

Generally lines, weird colours etc on your screen are caused be a faulty graphics card.

Try taking the GPU out and plugging monitor cable into motherboard. If your CPU has integrated graphics, these will now be used. If you still have the same problem, you can rule out the graphics card as a problem.

Sorry forgot to say this is a new gtx 1060 xtreme 6gb got it a few days ago my mobo doesn't have intergrated graphics but i put my 660ti and that works but this doesn't i removed my display drivers with ddu so i don't understand.

Most likely just a faulty GPU then, it's rare but happens occasionally. Just return the card and get a new one.
