Is my case and psu good?

I would like to install hd 7750 will my Eastek case and 420 watts psu handle this card, btw I have got a nividia geforce 7025 motherboard which has integrated gpu and a pci express x16 slot

Yes, the card will run on your configuration.
The hd 7750 also runs on 300W psu just fine.
