Question Is my case compatible with a vertical GPU mod/bracket?

I have a z270e-gaming Motherboard and a Corsair Spec-delta rgb case. I was trying to find if it is able to use a vertical Graphics card mount.

If I was looking at the correct case, it doesn't look like you have a vertical panel to remove for the Card to mount there.
I have seen a few that convert the existing panels into a 'Vertical' panel, but you lose out on other slots.
You are looking for a panel circled below.
