No. For gaming the PS4 is much better. That computer isnt even an entry level pc gamer.

Also,I doubt this list will be obsolete.For one,the next gen consoles will probably be coming at 2020.So I should be fine.And two,Xbox exclusives are coming to PC so I can play those

Didn't say it will be obsolete just said it may not be the best bang for your buck.
Intel will likely have Coffee lake cpus available and more Ryzens should be out by then.
If Etherium drops and AMD releases Vega, gpu prices and availablity could be better. So you could be able to get a much better system for the same price. Alot can happen in 5 months in the computer world.
