This only happens if your OS is managed by your work/business.

Your CPU is supported for Win 11. Your mobo seems to have TPM 2.0, so it should work with a version of the OS which is not managed by another entity. Home or Pro.

Please open a command prompt and enter the command slmgr /dlv. A window will open, please post a screenshot of that window.
