I'm new to computers and I'm getting this computer from a relative and it is a quad core 2nd gen amd A 10-5700 3.4GHz Accelerated processor, 12 gb ddr3 system memory, AMD Radeon HD 766OD Graphics, 2 terabyte hard drive, with 27 in LED monitor can anyone tell me if this is powerful enough to play DayZ or Arma 3 or do I have to replace my GPU or CPU

If you add a graphics card like a 270x or a 370 you will do med settings 60 fps.

Read the link i posted, notebookcheck also covers desktop parts. This is the first sentence "The AMD Radeon HD 7660D or HD7660D is a processor graphics card in the desktop Trinity APUs from AMD."

Also, if you had any clue what you were talking about, you would know the designation for a laptop APUs IGP is G not D. D is the desktop designation.
