Hey here is my pc spec. Please take a look :
Motherboard : ASUS TUF Gamimg X570-PLUS (wifi)
Processor : RYZEN 7 3700x
Graphics Card: Shapphire Nitro Radeon RX 470 8GB
Memory : (Geil DDR4 Super Luce RGB 3200MHz)x2) with D.O.C.P enabled
Boot Drive : Transcend NVMe 240GB
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart SE 730W

CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 360. Temp: 75°C while running R20 test.
Normal Temp stays 45°C to 53°C. Room temperature 30°C average.

Now do you think the temp is normal?

IMO it sounds like you could be running a bit warm . It isn't within a range I would consider worrisome, however for a 360 rad that's fairly warm. My 2700X runs about 10-15C warmer that the room, on idle, and barely into 60C on R20, 240 rad, 74C room. Might consider checking the pump to cpu connection, paste if it worsens.
Other factors could be whether you are pulling fresh cool air to the rad, or pulling heated air out of the case through the rad.

R20 scores can easily be affected by other open processes and background apps/process. For your best score turn everything that you don't need off. For "real world" score leave it as it boots up.

Hell, my Ryzen 9 3900X runs 72C with all cores running 4.1Ghz for 20 min. I use a Noctua NH-U14S and replaced the stock fan with 2 Noctua Redux 120mm 1700rpm fans and I run the CPU fans at 100% at all times. Air flow through your case is very important as well, I have an older Antec P100and I have All Noctua Redux fans with 2 140mm intakes, 2 140mm exhausts at top and a 120mm exhaust out back, all running 50%.
