Is my CPU a bottleneck?

I recently upgraded my r9 270x to a gtx 1060, and I think I'm getting lower performance than I should. CPU is an i5 2320, is it bottlenecking my new card ?

In most games, no, but in some games, like GTA V and Battlefield 4, it will bottleneck. What games do you play? That will help us give a better answer.
